350 clicks. Zero sales.

⠀

That's one shop's last 30 days. People found the product, tapped on it, had a look, and left.

⠀

Most brands in that spot do the same thing. More ads. More creators. More traffic.

⠀

It won't help. Traffic isn't the problem.

⠀

Every TikTok Shop sale is the same sum:

Impressions × click rate × conversion rate × order value.

⠀

GMV is just the answer. When it drops, one of those four broke. Fix the wrong one and you spend money making it worse.

⠀

I ran this on six shops that did $493K between them in 30 days.

⠀

Three of the four I could read properly were leaking in the same place. Conversion. The click happened. The sale didn't.

⠀

One shop got 32% more clicks and 23% fewer orders. More people walking in, fewer walking out with something.

⠀

That's a product page problem, a price problem, or a video promising something the page doesn't show. Not a traffic problem.

⠀

I wrote up how to find which of the four is broken in your shop, using numbers already sitting in Seller Center. Link in the comments.

⠀

Do you know your conversion rate off the top of your head?
