Every morning I used to open five client dashboards before I'd done anything use

Every morning I used to open five client dashboards before I'd done anything useful.

⠀

Twenty minutes each. Is this dip normal? Does it matter for this client? What do I actually do about it?

⠀

That's 100 minutes gone before the first coffee's finished.

⠀

Now there's a report waiting when I wake up. One per client. Under 300 words, written to be read on my phone.

⠀

It doesn't just tell me what happened. It tells me the one thing to do today, and why.

⠀

Some mornings that line says "Nothing to act on today." I believe it, and close the laptop.

⠀

The trick isn't the AI. It's what you tell it about the client first. The hero product. What the founder hates. What flopped in March.

⠀

Without that, a 30% drop is just a scary number. With it, the report can tell you whether it's news or noise.

⠀

The numbers come from the platform. The judgement comes from the brief.

⠀

I wrote out the whole setup step by step, with the exact prompt I use, for anyone running more than one account. It only reads, so it can't message a creator or touch an ad. Link in the comments.

⠀

How long does your morning check take you?
