Most brands judge a creator on their first video.

⠀

That's the wrong video.

⠀

I pulled 90 days of data from 11 TikTok Shops. Same team running them. Same playbook.

⠀

Two did over $1M. Two haven't made a sale yet.

⠀

The gap wasn't followers. It wasn't commission. It wasn't the product.

⠀

It was the second video.....

⠀

In three of the four biggest shops, creators who posted two or more times drove over 90% of creator video sales. 99%. 97%. 93%.

⠀

The creators who posted once and disappeared? Barely a rounding error.

⠀

Which changes who you chase. Most brands celebrate the creator who posts once and gets views, then move straight on to the next one.

⠀

The money is in going back. A creator who sold once has already found the angle that works for your product. Ask for another. Then another.

⠀

I wrote up the full breakdown, shop by shop, including the one still stuck at 62% and why. Link in the comments.

⠀

How many of your creators have posted for you more than once?
