An affiliate earning $54,000 in sales last month asked for a sample

We said no

Here's why:

Some brands receive hundreds of these requests weekly (their niche is viral right now and AOV is ±$150).

We accessed their Shop.....1,600 sample requests were sitting there, waiting for someone to say yes or no.

The obvious move? Approve the biggest sellers first.

But that's how you burn through your stock.

So I had my TikTok Shop agent (powered by Euka AI) check three things on every request instead:

👉 Post rate. Out of every free sample they've had, how many turned into a video?

👉 Sales per video. Not total sales. What one video actually sells.

👉 How many times they've asked before.

Here's what came back.

The $54k creator posts 19% of the time. 4 out of 5 samples go nowhere. Skip.

A small creator with 3,000 followers posts 97% of the time and sells about 30 units a video. Approve.

Another creator had asked 4 times. Never posted once. Skip.

By hand, that check takes 45 to 60 minutes. The agent does it in seconds and writes the reason next to each one.

⚠️ But one rule we never break:

The agent recommends. A person clicks approve. Every time.

Try this for a week. Sort your sample requests by post rate and other metrics, not followers or sales. Tell me what changes.
