Our client messaged over 165,000 TikTok affiliates

They made $58.40

That's a cleaning brand we work with, across its whole life on TikTok Shop.

The problem was they ran one big campaign at a time. Everyone got the same message.

So we split it up.

16 small groups in EUKA. Each one goes to one type of creator. For example:

- Affiliates already promoting a competitor

- Big Affiliates earning over $1,000 a month

- Smaller affiliates earning $100 - $1,000 pm

Each group gets its own personalised message.

⚠️ Then one rule:

For every 1,000 creators we invite, at least 15 have to ask for a free sample. Miss that and the group gets switched off.

Eight days in, here's how many asked for a sample per 1,000 invites:

👉 Affiliates already promoting a competitor: 98

👉 Smaller affiliates earning $100 - $1,000 pm: 58

👉 Big Affiliates earning over $1,000 a month: 8

That worst group got 1,153 invites. Not one sample request. We switched it off after two days.

And the big surprise? The big names mostly ignored us. The smaller creators said yes.

Overall: 32,300 invites and 1,095 sample requests. We're now reviewing over 100 a day.

Is it working yet? Too early to say.....

BUT

We are building the foundation and following up with every affiliate to create 2-5 videos.... this is the start of their 'Affiliate Army'

But here's the thing. One big campaign hides what's not working. Small groups show you straight away.

Quick question. For every 1,000 creators you invite, how many ask for a sample? I bet most brands have never checked.
