7,000 creator invites.

Zero sample requests.

That was the first six weeks for a supplement brand we run on TikTok Shop. New shop, no reviews, and TikTok caps you at 2,000 invites a week.

- 1,000 went through TikTok's starter pack.

- 6,000 went through a broad outreach campaign (one category, a follower range, one generic message, no follow-up).

I thought the second round was different because we used @euka. It wasn't.

So we used EUKA properly.

Instead of a category, we pulled the people already selling the thing next to ours: rival products that solve the same problem. Four hand-built lists, four agents.

The message changed because we knew who we were writing to. First line says why them. Commission in dollars, about $5.50 a bottle. And one line we now put in every invite: "open the collab invite and tap Request Sample, replying here doesn't ship it."

Six days later: 2,152 invites. 67 sample requests. 34 samples shipped.

The smallest list did best. 190 creators who already post about the exact problem we solve. 15 requests.

Affiliates are less interested in new products...... unless it is unique (this is why the Cold Start is so difficult)

Overall, this is not bad considering it's a new Shop, no reviews or sales.

If your outreach is stuck at zero, don't send more. Stop choosing categories. Start choosing people.

Who's had a shop come back from a dead cold start? What finally moved it?

Thanks to Jeremy Yaoxin Ding, Vincent Ramsey, Tamar Yaniv and all the others at Euka AI for making this so much easier 👊
