We messaged the same creator 75 times.

We messaged the same creator 75 times.
Not 75 creators. One creator. 75 times.
I found it last week when I had my agent pull a fresh outreach list for a brand. 36 of the "new" names on that list had already been contacted by the team. Some of them twice. One of them seventy five times.
My first instinct was that someone had been sloppy.
They hadn't.
Look at where a creator's history actually lives on a TikTok Shop account:
- The outreach tool, which knows who got invited
- The Seller inbox, which knows who replied
- A spreadsheet somebody started in March
- Three Slack threads
- The head of the person who sent that DM in June and has since left
..... you get the picture.
Nobody on that team could have held all of it at once. No human could.
And that's the bit I had wrong about AI on TikTok Shop.
I thought the problem was that the tools weren't clever enough. It isn't. Almost every AI you point at a shop has never actually seen the shop. No creators, no samples, no outreach history, no sales. So it guesses, confidently, and you find out months later.
Give it the real data and it stops guessing.
On Thursday I'm walking through the agent I've built that does exactly that. Live, on real shop data, including the bits where it still gets things wrong.

Where does your creator history actually live? Because if you can name more than two places, you already have this problem.
