Twenty years in this industry, and I still had to say it out loud: I wasn't sure I was ready. Not for a new channel. Not for a new tool. For agents actually running parts of how we work.
So Skai asked 332 of our peers the same question. The mean readiness score came back at 35 out of 100. 79% haven't even reached "Building." If you feel behind right now, the data says you're in the majority, not the exception.
Here's the part that stuck with me: teams scored highest on willingness. People want this. What's missing is the data, the systems, and the operating model to actually do it. That's not a mindset problem. That's the gap we all have to close together.
