This brand is about to cross $100K in monthly sales. The thing that got our attention is how they’re making more money as they grow instead of less.
That basically never happens by accident.
A lot of brands try to scale while they have a messy inventory with a really inefficient fulfilment setup and ads that are bringing in the wrong kind of traffic.
This account started around $71K a month. Then it climbed to $99K in Jan.
It dropped to $74K in February because they ran into stock issues during some packaging changes.
Then things got moving again:
April: $89K
May: $95K
June: already around $60K by the 18th
So it’s on track to break $100K basically.
Profit improved too:
Net profit: from about $28K in February to $53K in May
Margin: 56% in May and 58% in June (month to date)
One of the biggest things driving this was the conversion rate going up from about 16% to 20.5%.
That made the exact same traffic worth a lot more for them.
The lesson from this is how growth gets a lot easier when your inventory, fulfilment & PPC are finally all working together instead of them getting in the way of each other.
