The last 9 months of AI have outpaced the previous 3 years combined. And most sellers havent noticed.

From GPT-4 in 2023 to GPT-5 in mid-2025, there were maybe 9 releases that actually mattered. Spread over almost three years. Enough time to learn a tool, get comfortable, and keep selling the way you always have.

That window is gone.

In the last 9 months alone we've had 15 major releases. Claude Opus 5, GPT-5.5, new image and video models, connectors, agents that plug straight into your tools. The pace isnt just faster, it's compounding.

Here's what that means for you as a seller. The gap between the people using AI properly and the people ignoring it is no longer growing in a straight line. It's growing exponentially.

A year ago, being behind on AI cost you a bit of time. Now it costs you your margins, your rank and your edge, while your competitors move at a speed you cant match manually.

You dont need to chase every release. But you do need a system that lets you actually use this stuff, instead of watching it fly past.

The sellers who win from here arent the smartest. They're the ones who adapt the fastest.
