Reviews have always been the hardest part of launching on Amazon. That just changed.

Amazon is rolling out a new campaign type that asks your recent buyers to rate or review your product while they shop, the first paid, Amazon-approved way to build reviews on newer products. And it’s landing right before Q4.

The key details:

Open beta in the US from late October.

Set up inside Amazon’s AI Ads Agent, with a bid and budget like any campaign.

Only for products under 1,000 reviews (it stops automatically once you hit 1,000).

And in closed beta, products got 3x as many reviews per week.

Pricing hasnt been announced yet, that’s the one thing to watch.

My take: if you’ve got low-review ASINs, this goes straight on the test list the second real cost data drops. Reviews drive conversion, conversion drives rank, and Amazon just handed you a legit lever to pull.
