Time for some napkin maths on the TikTok halo effect.

TikTok shared the numbers at Partner Day.

Platform data, across partner-managed brands:

๐Ÿ‘‰ TikTok Shop CAC: 50% lower than Meta or Google

๐Ÿ‘‰ TikTok campaigns drive a 34% lift in Amazon sales

๐Ÿ‘‰ And a 57% lift in retail sales

So let's run it:

Say you're doing $1M a year on Amazon. Spending $150K on Meta ads at a 2x ROAS.

You redirect $75K of that to TikTok Shop.

Halo Effect, using the platform's numbers:

๐Ÿ”ฅ Extra $340K in Amazon sales (34% lift)

๐Ÿ”ฅ Extra $570K in retail if you're there (57%)

๐Ÿ”ฅ Plus whatever you sell on TikTok Shop itself

Same money. Revenue across three channels instead of one.

CAC on the TikTok side half what you were paying Meta.

๐Ÿซค Honest bit: not every brand hits those exact numbers.

Your category, content, and product matter. But the trendline is consistent enough that TikTok is publishing it.

Brands treating TikTok Shop as "another channel to juggle" miss the point.

It's the demand engine your other channels feed from.

The napkin says the maths works. What's stopping you? ๐Ÿ‘‡
