I built an agency that could out-strategise companies 10x our size.
And it nearly broke me.
Not financially. Mentally.
Because I could SEE everything that needed to happen. Every workflow. Every system. Every opportunity sitting right there.
But building it alone? That's a different game.
Every system I wanted to create meant hiring, training, managing. Every workflow took months. Every big idea sat in a Google Doc gathering dust.
I was a strategist trapped in an operator's body.
Most founders won't admit this. They'll grind for years pretending scale is just "one more hire away."
It's not.
Scale needs infrastructure. Engineers. Data scientists. Operations people who've done it before.
So when Eva offered me access to all of that overnight — I didn't think twice.
No ego. No "but it's MY agency." Just a clear-eyed look at what I could build alone vs what I could build with the right team.
The hardest part of growing isn't finding opportunities.
