Simple but very useful... Did you know you can make SOPs / One-Pagers / How-To docs with Loom and ChatGPT in 3-5 min? I've saved hours of time building out various sections of BTR Media University using this method... Example below where I create an "Amazon Account Analysis - Places to Start" one-pager, that focuses on initial analysis, common account issues, etc. with new clients.
Steps:
1️⃣ Record yourself via Loom, talking through your process & each step that you usually follow (Some of my steps include YTD performance eval, budget & bids analysis, top 5 spending campaign analysis, targeting, etc).
2️⃣ Access your Loom video, click on the 3 dots in the top right corner, and click "Download Captions"
3️⃣ Input your prompt into GPT (I like to explain what I intend to use the one-pager for, any organizational preferences, etc) and then paste the transcript directly below.
