Did Amazon white-label the Solution Provider Portal from someone else?

IT IS A MESS.

Honest question. Because it doesn't feel like an Amazon product. It feels like a mess.

Amazon says SPP is the future of agency access. We've run our full client base through it for sometime now.

Here's what we've hit:

❌ Permissions vanish. Team and admin access gets revoked, sometimes overnight. We re-added people three times in one week.

❌ You approve blind. The portal doesn't show what each service actually includes.

❌ New permissions show up unannounced. "Manage bids" appeared one day. No notice.

❌ It breaks the apps you connect. Some of our tool connections dropped. The app's support basically says "ask Amazon."

❌ Two doors, one confused client. We keep the old "add employee" route as a backup. Asking clients to complete both is painful. Here's the irony.

Amazon is steering everything toward SPP. I suspect agency status will be judged by the spend flowing through it.

So we're all in anyway.

Maybe SPP is the future. Right now it feels like a beta someone forgot to finish.

Amazon Ads Partners please get these fixed...

Anyone else fighting with it? Or is it just us?
