Your best customer and a total stranger see the same Amazon store.

They don't have to anymore.

Amazon Brand Stores now have Personalized Experiences. Same page. Same link. Different content for different shoppers.

Few brands use it. It's the most underrated tool in the Stores builder.

The best part is brand lifecycle.

Amazon sorts every shopper into one of three groups:

New to brand. Never viewed, carted, or bought.

Considering. Looked. Maybe carted. Didn't buy.

Purchaser. Already bought from you.

You don't build these lists. Amazon does. It watches what shoppers do and moves them as they act.

So build a page for each one.

▪️ The new shopper doesn't know you. Show your best sellers. Give them an introductory deal.

▪️ The shopper who is considering is close. Show comparisons. Give them a limited-time offer.

▪️ The purchaser already trusts you. Show what pairs with what they bought. Show what's new. Skip the heavy discounts. They already said yes.

Three people. Three pages. One store.

You can also split shoppers by channel tag or traffic source. Those work well too. But they depend on traffic you send or links you control.

Lifecycle works on everyone who walks in.

To find it: Stores builder, Explore AI tools, Personalize by cohort.

The carousel walks through all of it, step by step.

Most brands still give the stranger and the loyal customer the same pitch. A good shopkeeper never would.

Who's testing this already?
