Amazon announced Workflows at Accelerate.
Now it’s showing up in accounts.
It lives inside Seller Assistant. You describe a job in plain English. It draws the steps, shows you the plan, and waits for your approval before anything runs.
I asked for a buyer message responder.
It laid out every step. It flags A-to-Z claims and safety issues for me to handle myself. It reads my past replies so the drafts sound like me. Then it asked: drafts only, or send each one after I approve?
The part I like most is the Knowledge Base.
You can upload up to 100 documents about your business. Reply rules, return policy, product FAQs, SOPs. Then attach them to any workflow.
That’s the difference between a generic assistant and one that knows how you run things.
Everything it can read, do, and can’t do yet is in the slides. In its own words.
What would you build first?
