Amazon Accelerate 2026 has wrapped up.
Yesterday, I shared my Day 1 announcement guide. I’ve now updated the same page to include Day 2 as well.

My top three from Day 2:

2️⃣ A consolidated global Seller Central
3️⃣ One global inventory pool
The theme that stood out to me: Amazon is bringing more countries, channels, and inventory decisions into one place. I’m looking forward to seeing how these work in practice.
