Friday was my last day at Envision Horizons.
I’m incredibly grateful for the run, the people, and the lessons.
But it’s time for me to build.
I’ve worked through multiple waves of ecom, but this one feels a bit different.
AI is changing the interface of commerce itself.
The questions I keep coming back to:
When AI recommends the product, what makes it choose yours?
When multiple sellers offer the same SKU, what signal does the agent trust?
When the customer never reaches your storefront, what happens to your funnel?
The old world is fading quickly. I’m building for the new one.
