At 14, I got my mom's eBay account suspended selling fake Oakleys. My first lesson in e-commerce compliance and a stern lesson from my Dad about why doing the right thing was better than making a quick buck.

I didn't stop: College textbooks next. Then, when that lost steam, the Brazilian bracelets.

I've posted about this before - a Swedish newspaper linked to my site. The princess of Norway had been spotted wearing one of them, and the SEO surfaced my site to a reporter halfway across the world.

Real... for about 12 weeks.

Then it was over. Traffic dried up, and I learned what every e-com operator learns: a channel giving you everything is not the same as a business.

From there: Amazon FBA before most knew what it was. Four years private-labeling from China, then six years at Envision Horizons on hundreds of millions in Amazon revenue.

Now Vektor10.

Started with a suspension. Ended up here. I'll take it.
