Amazon says Auto Buy saves shoppers 20% per purchase.
That savings has to come from somewhere.
Here's how it works: a Prime member sets a price target on your product. Rufus monitors the price every 30 minutes. When you run a promotion and the price drops, Auto Buy fires automatically. No human at the purchase step.
The targets stay active for six months. Up to 200 per account.
Every time you run a promotion, you're broadcasting your floor. Consumers set targets at or below it. Those targets accumulate. The moment you discount again, the purchases fire at the bottom of your range. Every time.
An agent doesn't forget. It doesn't get impatient and buy at full price. It just pings your listing twice an hour for six months.
Your promotional calendar is now also your pricing floor.
