I spent a couple of months writing a book about AI agents in commerce.

Not because I had the answers. Because I didn't.

Shopping is changing. Agents are starting to discover, evaluate, and buy

products for people. 50M shopping queries on ChatGPT daily. Amazon's Rufus has 250M users. Agentic commerce is coming.

I wrote 200+ pages trying to understand what this means and so I could better explain it to others.
