Sharing some new to me Rufus user experience items that appeared recently as I was searching for products:

-- Question within the Answer- Separate from the list of follow up prompts/questions that you normally get after a Rufus reply/answer, a suggested question is appearing at the end of the reply/answer. This feels very similar to how ChatGPT is suggesting a question to keep users engaged, but with Rufus this feels repetitive as the list of bubble follow up prompts/questions already have the question within it.

-- Bigger Add to Cart button- This was more noticeable at the bottom all answers and appears to be there to make it that much easier to convert if Rufus has answered all your questions about the product.

--Rufus suggesting you what to ask in general- The "What else can I ask Rufus?" suggested prompt/question question further confirms in it's answer that Rufus "reads every customer review and product description out there" further proving the need for PDP optimization more frequently and more focused on consumer data.

-- Personalization and Memory continue- when suggesting other NBA hoodies, it recognized a family member's Timberwolves fandom and prioritized those suggestions.
