Rufus moving consumers down the "funnel" all in one chat with "Why You Might Like This" and "Set up Subscribe & Save" suggested prompts.

While just curiosity checking PDPs today, noticed that I had a different shaded blue suggested (NOT sponsored) question from Amazon Rufus titled "Why you might like this".

When I clicked on it, the reply was definitely a blend of the product features and how they related to my purchase history across many categories.

Then after consideration with the option to Purchase, Rufus had a suggested question/prompt of "Set up Subscribe & Save" which ended up being a bit misleading as when I clicked on that to see what would happen it indicated "I can't directly set up your Subscribe & Save subscription...". It did give me instructions and link to do so right from there though. Also gave the basic benefits of SnS with some personal tie ins.

Not sure if my settings prevented this from happening or Rufus capability, but interesting if we do get to that point where SnS can be set up within Rufus.

One other thing to note: The shade of blue was the same color of the talk bubble "Ask Rufus about this" option that I found last week when typing size related words/characters into the "traditional" search bar. Is this darker shade of blue to represent more personalized recommendations from Rufus?#Amazon #AI
