A potential client wants everything. Advertising, operations, content, strategy

A potential client wants everything.

Advertising, operations, content, strategy and a senior point of contact.

The budget covers roughly half of it.

The temptation is to win the account and work it out later.

But that decision doesn’t disappear after the contract is signed. It lands with the delivery team, who are then expected to make an unprofitable promise work.

A good sales process should make the trade-off visible before the client signs.

If the budget can’t support the outcome, which changes: the scope, the expectation or the price?
