The BTR Media service philosophy is built on a few principles -

๐Ÿ”ถ Transparency and data accessibility - Do our clients have access to the data they need to make informed decisions?

๐Ÿ”ถ Education and understanding - Do our clients understand the "why" behind our strategies?

๐Ÿ”ถ Results and relationships - Speaks for itself ๐Ÿ˜

We've been rolling out the BTR MCP over the last few weeks, and we are seeing the impact it has had across each of these principles ๐Ÿ—๏ธ

Quick overview for those curious ๐Ÿ“š

1๏ธโƒฃ MCP: connect AI to real data

The MCP lets Claude work directly with our systems: our data warehouse, Amazon Ads, AMC, meeting transcripts, Drive and Slack. No copy-pasting exports or reporting downtimes. Access follows each person's login, so client data stays where it belongs.

2๏ธโƒฃ Plugins: teach it how we work

A connection alone isn't enough. AI with data but no context is lame ๐Ÿ‘Ž

We package our expertise into plugins: performance metrics with our formulas, AMC with our schema and query rules, reports with our branding. Our schema reference updates every night, so the AI checks what's real instead of guessing.

3๏ธโƒฃ Artifacts: make the work last

Outputs become dashboards and reports the team can come back to and share, not answers lost in a chat window.

What this means day to day:

๐Ÿ”ถ Account managers, not engineers, run advanced AMC analysis

๐Ÿ”ถ Client questions from calls turn into data answers fast

๐Ÿ”ถ Every person works from the same playbook
