Recently we have been doing a lot of work implementing AI into operators day to day workflows.
One common trend I am seeing, for most of us, getting more from AI is not a technology gap, but a process and implementation gap.
To solve this, I recommend asking yourself two questions
1: Where do I spend time on a repeated basis?
2: What workflows do I follow to execute these recurring tasks?
Take some time and actually document your answers to these questions. Then, you have a list of opportunities to bring AI into your day to day.
For me, this was several items such as keeping up with new feature builds, designing product updates, building decks and materials for demos, and planning for upcoming marketing executions.
Once I answered these two questions, I was able to utilize AI tools themselves to ideate on how to technically build these processes out.
