If you are using AI to operate your brand on Amazon, there are three tools you need to be using.
Prompts: Dont think about prompts as a complex prompt engineering task as you may have heard in the past. Instead, think about prompts as business questions to be answered. This may be 'Why did advertising performance shift last week?" or "What products are low on inventory?". Keep these simple
Skills: A skill is the best way to get a more accurate and consistent result from your prompts. Think of a skill as a more in-depth, and longer, prompt that lives in Claudes memory and can be invoked when you ask something like "Give me a summary of last weeks performance". A skill defines step by step hoe to execute the task the same way every time, without you having to reexplain.
Automation: Begin to have AI working for you by having any prompt or skill run automatically. You can even start to integrate with external apps like Slack to have findings like products low on inventory delivered to a channel every Monday morning.
We are going to be deep diving each of these three layers on our upcoming live workshop on October 20th. This is a hands on session where you will get to setup your first prompts, skills, and automation using real Amazon use cases.
This is the same workshop we ran at Amazon Accelerate last month, with over 750 attendees, so you don't want to miss it!
