Run this against your account..
Is there a single place that explains why pricing decisions get made, not just what the prices are?
Could someone see which terms are earning their keep and which are dead weight, without asking you?
Is there a written AVN position, or does it live in your head until the week before?
Would a new hire know which ASINs are actually driving margin, not just sales?
Is there a record of what's been tried and failed, so it doesn't get tried again in 12 months?
Most accounts fail this test completely, because nobody's ever had to prove the knowledge exists outside one person.
