In 2018 I built my first Amazon PPC spreadsheet. You typed in three numbers and it gave you a bid.
Then came the placement calculator. Then the n-gram sheet, which took me forever to build and has been our most popular download since 2022.
I've used those sheets to audit hundreds of accounts. Every one of them needed you to copy, paste, and hope you grabbed the right column.
So I retired the copy-and-paste.
You can now drop your bulk file into a free tool and get the audit I'd run myself:
→ A score that starts at 100 and loses points
→ Spend on search terms that never produced an order
→ Converting terms you haven't made keywords yet
→ N-grams, negative coverage, placements, total ACOS by product
The first thing I look at in any account is non-converting spend at the search term level. Not keyword level. It is almost always the biggest bucket, and I'd take a 75% ACOS over zero sales any day.
I built this with Clement on our team and it's free.
Run it on your account today and tell me your score: https://lnkd.in/gnzhb482
