If you're an Amazon Agency and not using AI, you're falling behind... Here's why...
At AdsCrafted, I'm working on taking AI + MCP + Amazon to a new level.
Over the years, I've consultant with 100s of brands on how to use PPC as a lever to drive organic rank. This is what I feel Agencies and Brand Owners need to focus on to get the most out of the business.
Most Amazon Agencies struggle with this as there is just way too much data to digest to make a better strategic decision.
I fell into this trap as well and needed to figure out a solution. Then it hit me, what is AI best at? Digesting alot of data and summarizing it.
However, all the strategy comes from the agency through a series of tests.
So I figured, why not create an AI + MCP + Agency mode where we can track our "Actions/Tests" and maintain our brand notes through email, chat, video, etc and store all of that information.
Now, running the agency is a matter of pulling the transcript and having AI digest that information stored at the brand level. (I will literally just send them my FATHOM or LOOM video URL and everything gets stored / transcribed to action items to address). Nothing gets missed.

If the action item requires reseach, you can have the AI dig into the data and organize that data for you.
The best part is, weeks can go by and you can have AI update the action items on the latest data to see if our "Tests" worked or not. Many times, these tests are forgotten.

This is where the next level of Amazon AI Automation is going. AI for reasoning, automation for scalability, and MCP for efficiency.
