I've been on a Daniel Kahneman kick lately (the Thinking, Fast & Slow guy), and it's got me looking at my own Amazon decisions differently.
Some of them get graded fast. Change a bid Tuesday, get results on Friday. Some of take longer. Which product to launch. How big a PO. Which supplier to bet on.
I've been making both kinds for 10+ years. I'm confident in both.
But apparently, one of those confidences is fake.
