135 of our units got destroyed by Amazon last year. Nobody told me.
I only went looking because I was writing about it in Monday's newsletter. I expected the answer to be zero. Our removal setting has been on "Return" since forever, so anything damaged is supposed to come back to us instead of getting trashed.
My first thought was that the setting had broken.
It hadn't. It just doesn't reach as far as I assumed, and Amazon does not put the gap anywhere you would naturally look. I had to go dig it out.
