I'm building AI + PPC/Organic Rank automation and it's getting very close to full automation...
At AdsCrafted, I'm working on taking AI + MCP + Amazon to a new level.
Over the years, I've consultant with 100s of brands on how to use PPC as a lever to drive organic rank. Why?
Because organic rank is the highest leverage ROI. If you have a gross margin of 40% before ads and ACOS is 30%, this means you'll make 10% margin on every PPC sale. But this also means it will take 4x PPC sales to generate the same organic sale.
Simply, organic sales are no adspend sales. You get the full 40% margin.
On top of that, when you're organically visibile, you get 100% of the SERP, while targeting Top of Search for example, you'll only get 5% - 15% (depending on how competitive the term is).
I've figured out how to rank on amazon + use PPC as the lever to get there. It comes down to pushing the right traffic to the right target. If your product's CVR is high enough relative to your competitors, you will rank.
What many sellers don't know is there is a predictable pattern to gauge if you can rank or not.
That being said, I've been silently working towards building this "RANK OPTIMIZATION" which is organic rank data pattern + PPC targeting + other data points to achive rank.
The automation is simple.
1. Do you have enough data for the keyword groups? No? Inch up to more data.
2. Can you rank? Push the right traffic to acheive rank. Review the rank patterns to confidently confirm.
3. If you can't rank, pull back to achieve profitable PPC (ACOS < Gross margin)
4. If none of the above, turn off the ads.
...... The automation is simple to understand, but there are probably 50+ guardrails to protect every stage in this workflow.
All of these guardrails/settings are MCP'd. Which means AI can review all the data (rank patterns, PPC, etc) and can give you an educated change list of the guardrails to drive for rank, which for any human is very hard to do at scale.
I've built this in AdsCrafted and it's getting very close to a full automation tool and doing everything I would have done manually, but at scale.
This in my opinion is where the next level of Amazon AI Automation is going. AI for reasoning, automation for scalability, and MCP for efficiency.
