In 2018, Envision Horizons began building myHorizons, our proprietary analytics suite designed to give clients a deeper understanding of their performance on Amazon. Over time, the platform has evolved to include nearly 30 unique data points that are not available in Seller Central or Vendor Central.

Data, however, is inherently nuanced, as every client, team, and individual approaches it with slightly different needs and perspectives. This often creates a common challenge in software development, where tools and reporting views can become overly customized and ultimately underutilized.

It is the familiar tension between determining whether something is truly a need or simply a want. Whether it is the ability to create custom comparison views, analyze specific groups of ASINs, or align reporting with a brand’s fiscal calendar, the reality is that a standardized approach rarely works for everyone.

With the evolution of AI, we are now in a position to move beyond that limitation and embrace both the needs and the wants in how data is explored and applied.

I am excited to share that Envision Horizons' SKYE AI is now in beta.

We have developed an AI assistant that can generate fully customized reporting based on simple prompts, pulling not only from our proprietary database but also from integrated data partners, internal documents and presentations, and even client Slack channels.

What this enables, for both our team and our clients, is a fundamentally different way of interacting with data, one that prioritizes speed, flexibility, and curiosity, while making it significantly easier to identify meaningful insights and uncover growth opportunities in real time.

Our goal is to eliminate the delays traditionally associated with data requests and instead provide a more immediate and intuitive experience, where insights are accessible when they are needed, and decisions can be made with greater confidence.
