It’s a pretty surreal feeling to sit in your first board meeting and reflect on the journey that got you there.
This week we held our first board meeting as part of PODEAN in Jackson Hole. Getting to spend time with Matt and the broader Podean team made it even clearer how strong this partnership is and how much opportunity is ahead.
Moments like this make you pause and think about the early days of building the agency. The late nights, the small wins, the uncertainty, and the people who believed in what we were building long before it looked obvious.
Now we get to build the next chapter alongside an incredible team (and spending a couple of days skiing at Jackson Hole certainly didn’t hurt).
Excited for what’s ahead.
