Day 2 outsold day 1 at Prime Big Deal Days. That almost never happens in the Ama

Day 2 outsold day 1 at Prime Big Deal Days.

That almost never happens in the Amazon events we manage. Any pacing plan built on how these events usually go would have called it wrong.

The rest of the like-for-like recap for our US Amazon clients, PBDD 2026 vs. 2025:

- Revenue up 32%

- Ordered units up 43%

- Media sales up 54% on 29% more spend

- RoAS up 20%

- Average sales price down 7%

After a softer Summer Prime Day, that's better than most of us expected. More brands ran price incentives this year too, which shows up in that average sales price number.

The thing is, a recap is only useful if it changes what you do next. For us, that means feeding day-level data back into how we forecast and pace Black Friday and Cyber Monday, instead of assuming last year's event shape still holds.

Curious if others saw the same day 2 pattern, or if it was specific to our mix?
