The thing that made Envision Horizons successful almost made us irrelevant.

Nine years ago, I started Envision Horizons with a focus on Amazon. I quickly fell in love with the beauty industry and leaned in hard. Marketing is a lot more fun when you’re also the target consumer, and for a long time, that’s what we were known for. We excelled there. We were proud of the work we did, and we built something special.

But over time, it became clear that owning a niche was only going to take us so far.

The industry started shifting fast. Retail media exploded across Walmart, Target, and beyond. TikTok Shop launched. AI began reshaping how consumers discover products entirely. And brand teams, already stretched thin, were suddenly being asked to master all of it at once.

About three years ago, it became clear that Envision Horizons could no longer remain simply an Amazon Beauty agency. We had to evolve with the industry. And we had to mature as an organization, expanding not just into new channels, but into new verticals and new ways of thinking.

After a few years of soft launches, we’re excited to formally share our expansion into the broader world of digital commerce opportunities: Walmart, TikTok, Chewy, Agentic Commerce, and more.

But even more importantly, we’re focused on what’s next.

We’ve been working to stay on the cutting edge of agentic commerce, something Reid Greenberg, Todd M. Piechowski, MPA, and I have been educating our clients on through our content and Breakfast & Learns since last year.

What makes this industry so exciting is how quickly it changes, and how much the entrepreneurial spirit gets to be part of that change.

It’s honestly incredible to reflect on how different the day-to-day of an EH account manager looked in those early years compared to today. We now have dedicated specialists collaborating across our team, all focused on being true strategic partners, not just for Amazon, but for a brand’s full omni-channel strategy.

We’re building toward the newest commerce opportunities, while developing the technology and services that will allow our clients to win in whatever comes next.
