$5M+ Amazon Seller Account Deactivated – Need Advice

We’ve done $5M+ in sales (60% FBA / 40% FBM). Amazon recently deactivated our account under Section 3 for an Unsuitable Inventory Policy Violation. Has anyone successfully appealed this? Any advice on getting reinstated?

Hire a consultant like riverbend or someone similar. Dont try to handle this by yourself if you have no experience navigating amazon's suspension purgatory.

That's a huge number to have hanging in limbo. I went through similar thing with a different platform last year and the key was getting on phone with someone who actually had authority to look at your account, not just the front-line support reading from scripts. The appeal letters they ask for usually go straight to an automated filter if you don't hit the right triggers. Might be worth finding a service that specializes in these reinstatements, some of the folks who used to work on the inside know exactly what phrasing gets it past the first screen.
