Halloween is over, which means the real Q4 monsters come out.
Here is Part 2 of the scariest things hiding inside an Amazon account heading into November:
1. The November 2 Reaper (Tomorrow!):
Sellers in enhanced safety categories now need $1M commercial liability insurance on file at any sales level by November 2, or risk listing deactivation right before peak season.
2. Your ACOS Target Died on October 15:
Peak FBA fulfillment fees ($0.32 more per unit on average through January 14, plus a 3.5% fuel and logistics surcharge) mean the exact same ACOS you hit in September now leaves you with a thinner net margin.
3. The 300% ACOS Mummy:
Everyone filters for 'Orders = 0'. Almost nobody filters for 'Orders = 1 and ACOS > 250%'. A keyword with 45 clicks and 1 lucky order survives six months of audits because it technically converted.
4. Burying a Keyword Alive:
Clicks and spend show up today; attributed orders can take days. Cutting a new keyword before a 7-day attribution window is how operators accidentally kill their best Q4 terms.
5. What's Hiding in the Dark of Your Search Term Report:
Your Search Term Report only shows queries that received at least 1 click. Zero-click impressions stay completely in the dark.
How many '1-order, 300% ACOS' mummies are hiding in your bulk file right now?
