Stop measuring Amazon growth by how many sku's you've listed.
I get why it happens.
More listings feels like more shelf space and more shelf space feels like more sales.
But every SKU you lists needs its own content, forecasting, pricing logic and margin tracking.
List faster than you can manage and you're diluting your own attention across a catalogue nobody's looking after.
I've seen accounts with 40 ASINs outperform accounts with 400, because every one of the 40 has a listing rationale and role to play.
Before you list the next product, it;s worth asking..
Does this earn its place on margin, not just on range completeness?
Who's going to watch this SKU once it's live?
What's coming off the catalogue to make room for it?
Catalogue size is vanity.
Is your next listing earning a slot, or just filling one?
