Sincere question to all brands out there:

What makes an agency most attractive to you?

Is it their pricing model?

Is it their past experience with well known brands?

Are you hiring multiple niche agencies or looking for an agency who can be an extension of your team and own the full holistic funnel?

The era we are in right now is very interesting to me coming from the brand side right before this massive shift in the industry.

From what I hear with patrons we talk/work with at pb+j | Top-Rated DTC Growth Agency is the fact that they love how we are no scope, high growth incentive that aligns with brand goals, the fact we only hire former and current brand operators/marketers, and we actually own the outcome.

Everything from helping patrons create a loyalty / first party data bridges from retail expansion back to .com… to reconfiguring box optimization to limit dunnage… to CRO, to paid, to growth roadmapping, to having myself on a call with the founder teaching them how to organically go viral 🤣 We do it all. A holistic approach as Tom Collver & Kyle Dutka call it.

Anyways, I’m genuinely curious to all brands out there what truly makes an agency attractive to you. I don’t want to hear the horror stories either, trust me. Being burned and let down by agencies are situations I dealt with plenty of times operating brands.
