Seller Central just hired an intern for you. Amazon rolled out Seller Assistant

Seller Central just hired an intern for you.

Amazon rolled out Seller Assistant Workflows in the US store, and I clicked through every template so you dont need 17 tabs to find out what it does.

You describe a task in plain words, it builds the workflow, and anything that matters waits for your review and approval before it runs, so the intern never goes rogue on your account.

Five templates are live today, and each one replaces a task that usually lives in someones head or a forgotten tab.

1️⃣ Orders amp; Returns Digest: gives you one snapshot of recent orders and returns, flags seller-fulfilled orders close to their ship-by deadline, and spots products with 3+ returns in 30 days, which leads straight into the money side of things.

2️⃣ Pricing Analyzer: shows where youre missing the Featured Offer, how big the price gap is, and what the fees look like at each price, though it never tells you what to charge, and once pricing is clear, the next question is usually what to sell next.

3️⃣ Product Expansion Finder: starts from your own catalog and surfaces related products, with your approval status and the competition and fee picture for each, and if growth is the goal, the foundation has to be solid first.

4️⃣ Account Health Monitor: ranks your defects by severity and marks which ones have an appeal path, without writing the appeal for you, and a healthy account is also what makes the next one work better.

5️⃣ Review amp; Feedback Requestor: asks for reviews and seller feedback on eligible orders automatically, so the ratings that build buyer trust stop depending on someone remembering.

Now the part Id look at first, because it changes how all five behave, is that now you can build a knowledge base with your return policy, shipping preferences, or SKU guidelines, and the workflows run on your rules instead of general answers.

So if I had to start somewhere, Id write the knowledge base first and then turn on the Account Health Monitor, because knowing what to look at first makes the rest of the week a lot calmer.

Hope this saves you some time, and if you need help on Amazon after knowing this, DM me.
