When you’re a seat-of-the-pants, do-a-million-things-urgently person, and your partner is a methodical, late-night workhorse, magic can happen.
Yesterday, I basically spewed a million thoughts about everything we need to figure out for Elsewhere Farm:
Pricing strategy. Facilitator outreach. Lead generation. Corporate offsites. How House Harmon and Elsewhere work together.
And approximately 400 other things.
Then I went to bed.
I woke up to this beautifully organized operating system in Notion.
Turns out, “I have 87 ideas!” + “Great, I’ll build the infrastructure for them” is a pretty excellent partnership.
Very excited about what’s coming.
We’re only getting started..
