She finally asked for, and received, the senior leadership promotion she’d been wishing for.
Another finally negotiated the package, made the decision, and left the toxic job she knew she had outgrown.
These are two of the stories already unfolding after just three nights together.
Three nights of intentional work on performance, physiology, awareness, and the systems that shape how we respond under pressure. Three nights with enough space to reset, get clear, and make decisions from a different state.
This is why I believe so deeply in creating space away from the noise. Sometimes the strategy isn’t missing. We just haven’t been still enough to hear ourselves think.
