Amazon just hit sellers with 3 margin changes in 10 days.

April 15: Ad spend now auto-deducted from proceeds. No more credit card rewards on ad spend. At $30-50K/month in ads, that's real money gone quietly.

April 17: 3.5% FBA fuel surcharge. Amazon cited "logistics costs." Likely permanent.

April 23: Strikethrough pricing crackdown. If you're running coupons more than 50% of the time, your "Was" price resets after May 18. Always-on coupons lose the strikethrough.

Three changes. Ten days.

Most sellers noticed one of them. The compounding effect is what hurts.

Have you run the math on what these three together are doing to your margin?
