I’m building an AI system to run my entire Amazon operation and I’m sharing everything along the way.

Here’s what I mean.

I run a supplement brand on Amazon.

12 ASINs and Growing.

And like most sellers, I’m drowning in data, reports, and decisions that quietly eat hours every week.

So I started building Claude Skills, AI tools that handle specific parts of the business.

The goal is a full toolkit:

advertising, inventory, finances, promotions and all managed with less manual work and more AI doing the heavy lifting.

But I realized something early on:

Before you build a good AI tool, you need a rock-solid knowledge base behind it.

You can’t just tell AI “analyze my promotions.”

It needs to understand how Amazon promotions actually work - the fees, the stacking rules, the hidden traps.

So I started with promotions.

Why?

Because I discovered that stacking promotions was silently killing my margins.

Subscribe & Save there.

A deal on top.

Suddenly a customer is getting 35–40% off without me ever intentionally approving that combination.

I started researching:

▪️Every promotion type Amazon offers

▪️How promotions stack

▪️What sellers can and can’t control

▪️Where the real margin traps live

Today, I’m sharing that knowledge base, a clear breakdown of how Amazon promotions actually work, what they cost, and how they stack.

Next up:

A Claude skill where you upload a few reports and it makes you a beautiful dashboard showing:

▪️What promotions you’re running

▪️How they impact revenue and margin(including promotion fees)

▪️Where stacking is happening

▪️What’s quietly eating your profit

This is post one.

I’ll be sharing the tools, the knowledge bases, and the lessons as I build them.

If you’re an Amazon seller dealing with the same chaos follow along.

This might save you some money.
