Amazon's rolling out a big update to Sponsored Brands product collections starting tomorrow.
Here's what's new:
▪️You can now feature 3-10 products in a single ad (minimum 3 ASINs required). That's up from the previous limit of 3.
▪️Amazon's AI will dynamically curate and show the most relevant products based on customer intent or you can still pick them yourself if you want more control.
▪️Product details get highlighted right in the ad, making it easier for shoppers to evaluate and buy.
And here's the kicker:
➡ no custom image or headline needed anymore. That eliminates a lot of the creative bottleneck.
This is clearly Amazon leaning harder into AI and personalization based on what the customer is actually searching for.
Hopefully this doesn't mean we lose the ability to layer in our own strategy when it matters, sounds like we can still choose products manually, which is good.
We'll see how well it actually performs once it rolls out.
But I'm pretty confident this is just the first of many AI-powered features coming to Amazon Ads.
