Amazon is ending its prep service.
This is the final capstone to what I’ve been feeling for the last 18 months of changes to FBA.
Amazon FBA isn’t something that your logistics team figures out on the side.
You’ve got to lean in.
And what I’m seeing is that operations at scale can cut down expenses the most.
Helping you.
Pattern has that.
They have 8 distribution centers and 60+ marketplace integrations. Pattern is shipping truckloads daily into Amazon FCs across the nation (goodbye placement fees!).
They have technology that makes prep fast and efficient. In Q4, this ability for quick turnaround and fast inbound shipments makes the difference.
I’ve seen their custom software in person, and they’ve built what I wish I had back when I was selling years ago.
It’s exciting to see them hit the vision of what’s possible.
