Amazon ๐—ฐ๐—ต๐—ฎ๐—ฟ๐—ด๐—ฒ๐—ฏ๐—ฎ๐—ฐ๐—ธ๐˜€ come in more flavours than most Vendor brands realise.

Labelling. Routing. Packaging. ASN accuracy. PO confirmation timing. Prep requirements. Each one has its own rules, its own penalty structure and its own dispute window.

And that's the problem.

A chargeback for a routing error is a completely different conversation to one for a labelling issue.

The root cause is different.

The fix is different.

The team responsible is different.

When they're all lumped together as "Amazon deductions" in a quarterly report, the detail disappears.

Nobody investigates. The same issues repeat. The penalties compound.

The first step is understanding which categories are hitting you and why. Disputing comes later.

That's where the prevention starts.

Do you know your biggest chargeback category?
